It can official. The future is now. Why? Not on account of space travel, not because of water-repellant cellular phones, or even just those brand-new cellphone watches. No, we now have finally reached “the future” because, after many years of patiently waiting and a lot of phony products, real hoverboards are officially an actual thing. A business called Hendo has brought our Marty McFly-inspired ambitions to wonderful reality, and they recently let Tony Hawk try it out on their own great design. The sole problem here?
You have to have a Tony Hawk-sized standard bank account towards your hands on one of these bad boys. Don’t consider me? A 5-minute drive (with the help of Hendo staff) costs you one hundred bucks, a duplicate board without a hover engine (so just a lttle bit of fancy wooden, really) will run you $449, and an actual hoverboard is $10, 000.
